The same legal framework, applied and tested for decades, protects mourners at a graveside and voters at a polling place.
Houses of worship deserve no less.
The draft Right to Worship Act prohibits conduct that disrupts a religious service or impedes people from attending. It keeps that disruptive conduct outside a 100-foot zone around houses of worship, in effect during services and for one hour before and after. Disruptive behavior is moved back from the sanctuary door, so every American can worship in peace.
